Q: How Do I Place An Order?
When you click an "Buy" link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will set up your account. You will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will see a confirmation page to review your answers for accuracy. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.

Q: What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A U.S. licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request.

If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx or UPS. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.

After placing your order you will be able to track it's process in real-time by logging into the help desk. When your order ships, the FedEx or UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you may track its progress through the system.

Q: How Does An Online Consultation Work?
Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.

ExpressOnlinePharmacy.com only utilizes board-certified physicians that are licensed to practice in the US. Our pharmacies are licensed to ship medication to all 50 states and employ licensed US pharmacists to provide you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers, so you rest assured you are receiving the same medication as you would at your neighborhood pharmacy.

Q: What Prescription Medications Do You Dispense?
We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations, therefore we carry a very limited number of medications. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. The medications offered on our website do not require a physical examination. A thorough review of your medical history is sufficient for the medications we offer. An online questionnaire of your medical history will let the doctor decide if a requested medication is right for you.

Q: What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?
All orders are shipped within one business day of the pharmacy receiving and filling your prescription. Your order will be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS. When the pharmacy ships your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. We regret at this time there is no shipping to P.O. Boxes. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery.

Q: What Is Your Cancellation And Return Policy?
Federal law prohibits any prescription drugs from being returned or exchanged. However, if you return an unopened UPS or Fed Ex package to our pharmacy we will refund your money at 50% your total order. We cannot refund any opened packages.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS standard overnight. Most orders placed by 1:00 pm will be delivered the next day. However, delays can come up in the prescription approval process that will cause your order to arrive at the pharmacy too late to be filled same-day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

To check the status of your order, go to our Order Tracking page. You will need to log in with the login ID your password you established when you first placed your order. If you don't remember your password, there is a link on the login page to have it sent to you. If you don't remember either, call our toll-free customer service number: 1-888-738-3822.

Q: How soon can I order a refill?
You will receive an email when your current prescription is about to run out informing you to visit us again to order your refill. To prevent abuse, our system will not allow a refill to be sent until a few days before your current prescription runs out.
